📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Manage the clinic's budget and financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with community partners, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the clinic's performance.
• Represent the clinic at local and regional healthcare conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing healthcare operations and improving clinical outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
