🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management role within the insurance industry.
- Proven experience in managing technical projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of insurance technology solutions and systems.
- Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
