• Conduct regular quality checks on production lines to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Inspect raw materials, finished products, and packaging for defects and inconsistencies.
• Document and report quality issues to the quality control team and management.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.
• Utilize quality control software to track and analyze quality data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using quality control software (e.g., SAP QM, SQC).
