📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and curate engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and content creation.
• Assist in the creation of high-quality graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities for content creation and promotion.
• Support the marketing team in managing and growing our social media presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation for social media platforms, preferably TikTok.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
