📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with local and international laws
• Providing legal advice to clients, including startups and established businesses
• Conducting legal research to support case preparation and strategy development
• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and presentations
• Collaborating with other legal professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Maintaining accurate records of legal cases and contracts
• Staying up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends
• Assisting in the management of legal projects and deadlines

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in contract law
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international business laws
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar
