As an intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR processes. You will have the chance to work with real tools like BambooHR and LinkedIn Recruiter, and gain insights into how a modern HR department operates.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management using BambooHR.
• Conduct research and analysis to improve HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and participating in employee engagement activities.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Support the HR team in any other tasks as needed.
• Gain exposure to various HR functions and gain insights into the HR department's operations.
• Contribute to projects that aim to improve workplace systems and employee satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken.
• Interest in the food industry is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
