As the Learning & Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective training programs, leveraging the latest instructional design methodologies and AI tools. You will work closely with subject matter experts, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure that our training initiatives are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives and employee development goals.
• Leverage AI tools such as learning management systems (LMS) and AI-powered analytics to create data-driven training solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design impactful learning experiences.
• Implement and manage end-to-end instructional design processes, including needs analysis, course development, and evaluation.
• Champion AI adoption in the learning and development space, exploring innovative ways to integrate AI into training programs.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the learning and development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on instructional design and training program development.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs in a corporate or educational setting.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Docebo, or TalentLMS.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD Certified Professional in Learning & Performance, or IDP Certified Professional) is a plus.
