📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the entrance, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests promptly.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
