📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.,Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse.,Ensure that all warehouse equipment and machinery are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
