Tech Fresh Jaya is a rapidly growing technology company based in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our team and help us build a strong and vibrant workplace culture. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all HR records and reports.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
