📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the entire claims process, from initial inquiry to final settlement.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims, adhering to company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to resolve claims effectively.,Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and ensure their satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in claims management.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.,Report to senior management on claims performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims services or a similar role in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian insurance regulations and industry standards.
