📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Conduct regular audits of financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards.,Manage the company's payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to regulatory authorities.,Assist in the preparation of the company's budget and financial projections.,Provide financial advice and support to the management team.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
