📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of a specific section of the restaurant.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve departmental goals.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
