📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.,Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional channels, to promote J&T Express services.,Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing efforts.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
