PT Antar Property Group is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring project costs, preparing cost estimates, and providing cost advice to project managers. If you have a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor project costs from inception to completion,Prepare cost estimates and forecasts for projects,Provide cost advice to project managers and other stakeholders,Analyze cost data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements,Prepare and submit cost reports to clients and internal stakeholders,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Work closely with other departments to ensure project success

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying,Strong knowledge of cost estimating and cost control techniques,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations
