📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit.,Participate in staff meetings and team discussions to improve patient care and unit operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient care.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
