📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods from China to our clients.

• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on logistics operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance team performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in logistics management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a supply chain or logistics management role.
• Proficient in using SAP and JDE.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
