As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in the right condition. You will work closely with our team to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that goods are delivered on time and in the right condition.
  • Work with suppliers and customers to coordinate the movement of goods.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock at all times.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train and supervise logistics staff as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics.
  • Report on logistics performance and make recommendations for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
