Loan Partner Development Manager - OFW & Seafarer Loans (Bali, Remote)

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial inclusion by connecting with OFWs and Seafarers, helping them access the loans they need to support their families back home. As a Loan Partner Development Manager, you'll work remotely from Bali, collaborating with our team to expand our reach and impact.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with financial institutions, microfinance organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance our loan distribution network. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our loan products to our target audience. With your strong relationship-building skills and deep understanding of the financial needs of OFWs and Seafarers, you'll help us achieve our mission of providing accessible and affordable financial solutions to those who need it most.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, microfinance organizations, and other stakeholders to expand our loan distribution network.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our loan products to OFWs and Seafarers.
• Conduct market research to understand the financial needs and preferences of OFWs and Seafarers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, microfinance organizations, and other partners.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of our loan distribution network to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the successful implementation of our marketing and sales strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the continued success of our loan products.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of our loan distribution network and marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or a related field, with a focus on financial services.
• Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the financial needs and preferences of OFWs and Seafarers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
