📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of graphic designers to ensure high-quality design output,Create and develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for print, digital, and social media platforms,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and business objectives,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies,Mentor and train junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge,Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget,Create and maintain design standards and guidelines for the team

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field,5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work,Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),Experience leading a team of designers,Strong understanding of design principles and trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
