📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting processes.Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Manage a team of bookkeepers, providing guidance and support to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a high attention to accuracy.🛠️ Keahlian
