Direct Star Lestari is looking for a Junior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Support the HR team in managing HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS.,Familiarity with HR technologies and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
