As an IT Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for our business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide solutions.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related matters.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related roles.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Proficiency in network troubleshooting and security.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
