Makmur Sari Kebab is looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees grow and succeed. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.,Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
