📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
- Support the HRIS team in data management and reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure seamless HR services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in HR operations or a related field is a plus.
