🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience,Proven track record in managing HR functions and processes,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
