📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Lead talent development initiatives, including training programs and career advancement opportunities.
• Conduct regular HR audits and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Foster a positive company culture and promote work-life balance within the organization.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in talent acquisition and management.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
