📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the financing portfolio, ensuring compliance with Islamic banking principles.
• Develop and implement strategic financing solutions tailored to the needs of clients in the tourism, hospitality, and real estate industries.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in all financing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financing management, preferably in an Islamic banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and Shariah compliance.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Islamic finance or Shariah compliance is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
