📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service by training and supervising staff.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.,Monitor and report sales performance, and contribute to marketing and promotional activities.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant's strategic plan.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
