📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager to develop and implement recruitment strategies.,Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure they are aligned with company needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive employer brand.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
