Village Max Dinamis is looking for a Deputy Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Serang. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and looking to make a significant impact in the recruitment process.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure that we attract and retain the best talent in the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Support the HR team in the onboarding process.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Assist in the management of the recruitment database and candidate tracking system.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and data analysis.
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and activities.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of employer branding.
  • Assist in the management of recruitment budgets and expenses.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
