Deputy Outlet Manager

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth running and high levels of customer service.
• Manage and mentor a team of staff to ensure they are motivated, trained, and performing at their best.
• Drive sales and revenue growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient inventory management.
• Provide regular reports to the Outlet Manager on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all dealings with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
• Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
