QUARK Jaya is seeking a talented and experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. As the Deputy HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager in managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.,Oversee employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration.,Support the HR Manager in organizing team-building activities and company events.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
