📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing and coordinating daily household activities.,Ensure the smooth operation of household services, including cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.,Oversee the scheduling and performance of service providers.,Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order in the household.,Handle and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly.,Assist in organizing and managing household inventories and supplies.,Support the Head Butler in implementing and enforcing household rules and policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end residential or hospitality setting.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of household management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
