📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the management of office supplies and equipment.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Supporting the GA department in organizing meetings and events.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and documents.
  • Providing general administrative support to the department.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities.
  • Supporting the HR department with recruitment and onboarding tasks.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
