LMWS - Isla Indah Retreat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Travel Agent/Retreat Organizer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable travel experiences and managing retreat activities. If you have a passion for travel and a keen eye for detail, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize travel itineraries and retreat activities for clients.,Coordinate with local vendors, tour guides, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.,Assist clients with travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.,Promote retreat packages and special offers to attract new clients.,Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and report on retreat activities and client feedback.,Stay updated on travel industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a similar role.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and passport.
