Lean Solutions Group is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a focus on creating engaging and effective training materials. This position is remote, with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and manuals.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and provide feedback.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work with external trainers and consultants to enhance training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Experience in developing and delivering e-learning modules and virtual training.,Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and train employees.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices is a plus.
