📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks using our signature espresso machines and brewing equipment.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee cart, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Interact with customers, taking orders and providing excellent service to enhance their coffee experience.
• Work efficiently in a mobile setting, managing time and resources to meet daily sales targets.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the coffee cart for daily operations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee brewing equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mobile environment with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg, including setting up and breaking down the coffee cart.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily operations.
