📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products effectively.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide training and support to junior medical representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  • Attend and participate in medical conferences and events.
  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
