📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and ensuring they feel valued
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information about our products and services
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, ensuring all equipment is in working order
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient checkout process

• Monitor and report any discrepancies in cash handling to the appropriate personnel

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
