📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of 10-15 employees, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and report to the regional manager on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote branch events and special offers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and driving sales growth.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software.
