📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth running of the store.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and other management information.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and management principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.
