📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and update social media profiles on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels,Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms,Analyze social media metrics and performance to improve strategies,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Assist in creating and managing social media calendars and content libraries,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new social media ideas and strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a related field,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms,Excellent writing and communication skills,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail,Proficient in using social media analytics tools,Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
